Legendary service and food quality.

We went with our daughter, who was feeling rambunctious and almost took our order to go to spare the other customers her chaos. However the staff were unphased and insisted we allow them to serve us in the restaurant so that the food would be as fresh as possible. They offered my daughter some orange juice which helped to soothe her until our food arrived. We are glad we took their advice.

It is clear that this restaurant has a great deal of pride in the quality of their food and the customer's experience. While the establishment is small and the decor and food presentation were modest, I was absolutely blown away by the amazing flavor of their Dynamite, and Spicy Rainbow Roll.

My family loves sushi, and we've tried many excellent places in Ottawa, however I have never tasted a piece of sushi in the same league as these items. Furthermore, the nigiri, a very simple piece, was nevertheless generously portioned.

My partner was similarly impressed by the Samurai roll. Even my daughter, who is only 2 years old, eagerly devoured nearly every piece she was offered.

We paid about 80 dollars after tip, which included an alcoholic beverage and my daughter's orange juice. We also ordered several maki rolls which met our expectations. Prices are excellent given the quality of the food and service.

This restaurant's reputation is well deserved. My only regret is that we don't live closer and won't be able to explore their menu until our next trip...

Discovered this small restaurant near our house by chance and boy, it was a pleasant surprise! The sushi was freshly prepared in front of us and while we waited, we were served our drinks and soup and salad right away. ( delicious salad dressing and soup) We tried the spicy California rolls, dynamite, and spicy combinations and each one was delicious. This place shows that simple can be super good.

Their menu is straightforward, the service was great, and their sushi was definitely above average. The salmon was particularly good - super fresh tasting. The miso soup was also really good!

The restaurant itself is basic and simple, and our server was really friendly. The food came quickly and was overall really good.
