La Cage — Restaurant in Montreal

We had a horrible experience when we dine in at your place tonight. The waitress named Florence. She took forever to serve our table. Almost 40 minutes she show up to took the order with an attitude. The chicken wings was Super salty. We ordered two Pitcher of beer, but it took her forever to get it. The third’s pitchers she totally forgot. The utensil was not even enough for all of us. Her attitude is very disrespectful & rude . When we want to order something she’s always ignore us and serve the other table instead. She never came to check up with us if we needed anything else. As a customers service she needed to be retrain because that’s not qualified enough to be a waitress with these careless character.

The hottest in front of the front desk was rude too. We informed her that the stair case is pitch dark there is no light it’ll be dangerously , it can cause someone fall but she answered back with the tone of voice: ( oh I check it later!).

We were a large group that reserved in advance. We arrived at 6 but were only able to leave at 9:30 as it took forever to get the food, mistakes were made on the orders, orders dropped on coats, etc. I understand that there might have been staffing issues but if that is the case they could have let us know in advance. Part of our table got served and the other waited an hour after to get their food. Some of the kids waited 2 hours to get their food and we’re very hungry as they had just played a soccer match. The waitress was very kind though I can’t say anything about her. She was smiling and trying to make the best of a bad situation. We then got a survey to ask us about our visit and that survey didn’t even work. You put in your answer a dozen times and it would never switch to the next question. clean place , food very expensive for what they offer also when we were there there was maybe 5 other people and it was 9 30 pm , we were a group of 8 , waitress did not bother to come see us to see if we wanted something else to drink to busy talking to people at the bar , finally get her attention ,order a mixed drink , apparently they do not mix drinks any more and pour the liquor last and do not stir , full mouth of bourbon right there . drink took 10 minutes to get witch was ridiculous because the bartender was 10 feet away so i could see that him talking to the clients who were already drinking was more important than making a drink that was ordered . he did not move for ten minutes until i i made remark to the waitress . terrible service . there are some waitresses there that are amazing but this not the first time this...
