I’ve placed an order for delivery quite early on in the day, when the time for the delivery to be completed came about - the order never came. I called and was told that the order still had to take 10 minutes. It then took 2 hours to receive the order because they then couldn't find a courrier. I understand that sometimes these things happen but it was such an inconvenience seeing how it was a Saturday and it was a big order for a group of people. That being said, once the food was delivered it was fresh, and quite good ! They also refunded me for the inconvenience which was very appreciated. Food is great, let’s get that out of the way. But service is extremely poor. It’s very clear they prioritize online purchases and take outs. That’s horrible because if that’s your model, tell the public. Excellent little neighborhood eatery. It’s run by two friendly ladies and they put love in their cuisine. Delicious sushi, very fresh and nice presentations.
