Menu is built based on owner/chef's preference. Certain food items are not available because of their religion. Big no no for me, because the restaurant is placed in the broader community, therefore it MUST served to everyone. Overall , the food we were allowed to have was ok. The turkey was the most delicious. The server was extremely nice and was open to critics. She actually asked us how we thought the food was, needless to say we were kindly honest. Everytime i order in advance, the food is never ready, even when i bother calling 1 hour in advance, i still have to wait at least 15minutes for my food.
