Sublime Desserts — Restaurant in Montreal

I have been dealing with Sublime Desserts for longer than I can remember and I the only regret I have is not having discovered them earlier.

Several points make this company stand out and here are just a few:

-from traditional cakes to innovative ideas, including vegan desserts, they can come up with more than you can imagine

-it appears their culture focuses on the Voice of the Client as they take it upon themselves to offer their clients the custom desserts they want and collaborate with them to ensure the greatest experience

-they go above and beyond to ensure your corporate event, engagement/wedding, or whatever event becomes memorable for it's delicious desserts

-questions are always answered in such a professional yet personal manner, it's almost like being in the midst of family

-timely delivery, satisfying clients and achieving excellence seems to be their daily drive

-whenever you think they've reached the peak in creativity, they pull off an epic delight that keeps you coming for more

All in all, the desserts, the customer service, and the company culture have made me a repeat customer for ages.

i tried the macaroons at publix a while back and remembered thinking "so this is what macaroons should be and taste like." i give them a 5 star rating. so i tried the red velvet moose. I was very disappointed. the moose itself was very good,however: the crust was not crust but a grainy powder. To make things worse there was just so much of it . There was way too little moose and so much grainy powder that i choked on it. it was hard to believe the powder was what was intended , not to mention there was very little moose. It made the whole thing dry and kind of sad. they could have doubled the amount of moose with space left and that would have helped the dryness a lot. I would rate the product a 2. Guess i will stick to the macaroons.

I recently tried the macaroons from Sublime Desserts. They were moist, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of sweetness — each bite just melted in my mouth!

The caramel and red velvet flavors were absolute standouts — rich, indulgent, and so well-crafted. You can tell these are made with care and quality ingredients.

I also loved the variety of flavors available — it made the whole experience even more fun. Plus, the packaging was beautiful and secure, making it perfect for gifting (or just enjoying yourself).
