I made a mobile order, and the lady asked me to show the card that I used to pay, I didn't mind showing that but I informed her that I did pay by Apple pay so the last 4 digits of the card will change, I showed my mobile app of the order which she didn't want to believe. She showed me the paper that mentioned that for mobile order they must provide an ID and the card they used to pay for and the lady wasn't even willing to see my ID despite it said that I had to. She made the reason that “you can put any name” which doesn't explain on how I'm willing to show you my driver license that HAS MY FULL NAME shown on the receipt and yes my first name is common but the receipt is shown my first and middle name for the reason it's easier for me to show that the order is actually mine on both parties. Despite me remaining calm in the situation, the worker only kept raising her voice. This is very unprofessional of you and I don't think you'll like that either if you were in my place. I’m very disappointed. The only way I was able to get my meal was I had to pay for another bag of chips (I got a combo) to prove that yes I did use the same card. The place was empty so you can easily find a place to seat and the food is decent. I wish I could put zero stars but I’m nice to put 1. I mean I do understand that I must show the exactly 4 last digits of the card but the fact I was willing share an ID which you also ask according to your paper and my mobile other? IDK, learn to adapt and be understandable. And no, don’t say “I'm making an exception” when I paid for another bag of chips to prove my point that this is my order and this is the card...
Read moreWORSE SUBWAY EVER. The portions of vegetables and meat are ridiculously small for a 20$ sub. I had to struggle to find the meat and even thought I asked for extra spinach, I counted maybe 3 leaves. When I went to confront the employee, she just kept saying that this was Subway’s portions and that the manager had seen her make the sandwiches. This is clearly a management problem. No other Subway has ever been this cheap with its portions. Truly sad and extremely angering.
Note that this is clearly an ongoing problem because the employee couldn’t even look me in the eye when I confronted her. When I was leaving, I heard another customer ask for more in his sandwich, but she yet again replied that it was Subway’s portions which is completely false because I’ve never seen such small portions in any of the Subways I’ve went to in the past months.
She couldn’t even give us a cup of water and didn’t even have the keys to the bathroom. Bad portion, no water, no bathroom. This chain seriously needs a change in ownership...

It was #WorldSandwichDay, One sub and a 21oz. drink and you get a FREE sub AND donate a meal to Food Banks Canada. My friend and I both ordered 12" subs and a 21oz. At first, I thought that the offer would only apply to 6" subs, but after a Direct Message on Twitter with Subways Canada, I was told that this offer applies to all sized subs, paninis and grilled wraps.
However, when arrived at checkout, we were charged for both subs and the 21oz. Trying to explain the situation only resulted in poor gramar and nonsense from the cashier...
The poor service is mainly from what I think is the owner (some latina/mexican woman), but some of the other staffs are all right. Apart from that, no complaints from the food, which is why I go there most of the time with friends or when I don't...
