Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

I've been to this Tims about 20 times by now when I go visit my girlfriend, I have never had a positive experience. Communicating with the staff feels like speaking underwater, despite there being clear and articulated English/French on my part. They somehow find a way to butcher the simplest order. When I place an order, I'm gambling to see if I'll get something I actually like (or maybe even the thing I originally ordered!). Staff is rude and overall unpleasant with overbearing attitudes, the salad in the wraps are often mushy and the pastries and bread is often stale. I mean, how hard is it to get no whipped cream on an ice cap? Its honestly ridiculous. This could be such an amazing Tims location, right by the water, barely any city smog, modern design. So unfortunate that the food takes ages to be prepared, you can't trust that your mobile pickup order was made, you can't trust that your food won't make you sick and you can't trust that your mood will be ruined by the workers at this location. The food is good... When they actually have the food available. More often then not, they will either have "no steak", or "no sauce", or the machine is being cleaned, etc. This means that you either have to wait a while or take something else.

Last time when there was "No sauce", there actually was still a little bit left. The girl making the sandwiches was just too lazy to get the last bits out of the bottle, and gave us attitude when we didn't want another sauce.

Even when they do have all the ingredients, they usually manage to mess up the order anyway.

This is a recurring problem, and it happened to us several times. It would be fine if it was outside of rush hour, but we're talking lunch/dinner hours, and half of the time, they can't provide you with the sandwich you want.

Service and atmosphere very bad... I was with my car to drive and I wait a lot of time for every car in front of me and this evening I was inside and employers are very bad. I chose some donuts and show her and the seller start to speak with a colleague about washing floor (like I didn't was there and dont speak woth her) and after few seconds say to me "ok, what you want" i start again to tell her what donuts i want and she say "tell me how many you want to pay and chose after" was ok but the way how he say it was like I disturbing and enoing her.
