Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

So I’m vegan, it’s already hard enough to find somewhere that I can eat. My boyfriend likes dominos pizza and wings so I compromise. I usually get the 1 item I can get - thin crust, extra pizza sauce for flavour with onion, pepper and mushroom. It’s not the most amazing vegan pizza out there, but it’s usually not this terrible! Normally I’d give their pizza a 3/5. Tonight when we opened our usual pickup order, we honestly laughed. Inside my box was the most pathetic looking excuse for a pizza! I literally could have smeared pizza sauce on toast and it would have been about as appetizing. There was the tiniest sprinkling of any excuse for vegetables. As somebody who is already paying the same price for no cheese, and no meat on their pizza...I would at least expect a healthy serving of vegetables. This experience was pathetic. And will definitely taint my opinion of Dominos. I did call and complain, I know they would have remade the pizza, but for me - I couldn’t be bothered. We ordered pickup because I was home sick, wanted something quick and easy. And to have to go back out again and pick up another pizza, ugh. They should be aware, when somebody orders with nothing but vegetables on it.... they’re expecting to at least be able to TASTE those vegetables! This was a terrible experience! I know most people won’t have the same experience as me, my boyfriends pizza (with cheese) looked great! But come on. They were totally not looking out for a veggie...

My boyfriend and I ordered from domino's tonight. We got a large cheese pizza, hot wings and bread sticks. When I got my order I got BBQ wings instead of hot wings & everything wasn't hot like it's supposed to be. So I phoned back telling them that they got my order wrong and they said OK I'll send out hot wings right away than 5 minutes later they call back and told us that we didn't order hot wings we ordered wings without a sauce (which isn't true considering we ALWAYS get hot wings) I will not be going back to them because they tried to lie to me. Awful service, and they didn't end up fixing their mistake. I am very upset considering they decided to argue instead of fixing a little mistake. I do not recommend anyone going here. A place I do recommend people to go to is Papa Johns Pizza, it's the best customer service, they did mess up but they made sure they quickly corrected their mistake. If I could give Domino's pizza 0 stars I would but I can only...

I made my order on Jan 9th 2019.. I ordered 40 bucks in pizza and dessert.. As I'm paying I notice that there is 1.00 surcharge for useing the debt machine.. I called the manager asked why this surcharge.. I don't care why the surcharge.. I gave you my business theres your surcharge.. Domino's you should be ashamed of yourselves.. This is a big corporation.. On this note Domino's pizza will not get my business ever again.. The pizza was under cooked and the dough had no taste.. I think I will be contacting Domino's head office tomorrow morning.. The pizza tastes like a McCain's frozen pizza.. Disgusting.. I do not remmend ordering pizza from Moose Jaw Domino's.. However I do recommend Papa John's. Family pizza...
