I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received at Emerald Custom Jewellery! I love supporting local and I am so glad I went to Emerald. I brought in my grandmother’s wedding band, to get it customized to fit with my engagement ring and they did an amazing job! It turned out even better than I had expected. I felt like I was treated like family or a friend. The owner, Lana, picked up the ring from me and dropped it off at my house when it was done (in Regina) so that I would be without my ring for the least possible amount of time! The service was very quick (the whole process only took one week) and the price was great too. It meant so much to me and my family to have such a special piece of jewelry be treated with so much love and care. I will certainly be going back in the future for other custom jobs. I worked with Jodi to find the perfect wedding band to complement my engagement ring, after hearing about the great experience my mom had getting a ring repaired at Emerald Glass & Custom Creations. She was so knowledgable, friendly, and it felt like she was having just as much fun as I was picking it out! Her passion for what she does was really evident and I felt like I could trust her 100% with an important purchase like this one. The pricing was transparent and fair. Thank you Emerald Custom Jewellery. I stopped in with a framing repair and saw your jewellery counter. Lana Lalonde, the owner explained they also do jewellery repairs and I explained I had been hoping to find someone local to look at my rings. She explained she uses a local Goldsmith and was happy to have a look at my rings. Off they went with her assurance and returned within a couple weeks.
