Subway — Restaurant in Morden

I have been there several times and simillar issues. But this Friday 20th June 2025, i went in around 12.00 (busy hrs of lunch). There were so many problems. One thing is that they don't switch gloves ever (everytime but it was worst on that Friday). Another thing is they cross-contaminate everything and it's not a Subway for people with allergies or food restrictions. The store was packed and they were 2 timing mobile order and customer orders and it was the worst thing I ever saw. I'll definitely stop going to this subway!

There is a south asian looking lady (sorry to mention race but she didn't wear a nametag), she was the rudest. She pretended that she couldn't hear me, rolled her eyes at me while I was speaking very calm and in no accent (i have no accent so whatever I say is almost always very clear). So I basically had to speak very aloud (very very aloud) for her to heat me. She basically was cross-contaminating all the food using same gloves etc + the worst thing I noticed was she kinda spilled meats (when she was taking them out) in different sections around the meats. Since it was busy, she stuck all sandwiches together thinkinging it was effective but basically she kept on contaminating stuff. 0/10 for that lady and she should really learn how to...

I'm extremely unimpressed by this sub and the person who made it tonight. After I spoke up about how it was made he stated, that's how he felt to make it. I even noticed that there are still notes on the back for the employee to follow while making the sandwich, I've never had the lettuce put on top and the other veggies lazy spread across. And the fact it's smothered in mayo which I didn't ask for. In the over 5 yrs I worked total in 2 different provinces the sandwich artist training has always been the same. This sandwich is a disgrace and tastes like mayo, green peppers and pickles. Barely can tell there's lettuce at all. You get paid to be trained for the job, don't think they can't take the pay away if you don't follow guidelines. I refused to ask him to make me another because of what he said. I ordered the new rice bowl. It looks wonderful on the coupon, fresh, big, colorful. It was expensive. I ordered the steak and cheese and just watching what they were putting into it I knew it wasn't going to be anything like the picture. They are small. They are overpriced. The avocado was rotten, the sauce was rancid, the meat was mushy and overcooked, the rice was hard and undercooked.
