Stopped in this evening at 9 with a few friends. When trying to place our order, we were told they didn't have any chicken and that it would take 30 minutes to cook. We didn't mind waiting, and this would have been fine.
However, it was apparent that the staff didn't think this was fine, and had an impromptu meeting in the... what I assume is the managers office, for close to 10 minutes. Finally, they came back and told us that if we wanted any chicken that wasn't a leg, wing or breast, there would be a wait. We proceeded with our order and didn't mind waiting a while.
Another couple walked in and was given the same speech. They also waited for a while. A group came in around 9:25, was told there was no chicken and left. An employee then followed behind them and locked the entrance. 35 minutes before close.
The doors to the restaurant were locked up as we left, at 9:52.
While I can understand staff wanting to leave right at close on a Friday night, turning people away an hour before the restaurant even closes is pretty...

So I said np could you put your managers information on something for me so I can contact them tomorrow. Suddenly I can get chicken but it's a 35 min wait now. I said ok so I pay and wait. Get this food home and the chicken is so greasy there is literally pool of grease on the bottom of the bucket and the fried are only half cooked. Had to place it in the oven to get some of the grease to drain from the chicken and finish cooking the fries. Read moreI placed a BOGO Big Crunch Meal order from this KFC location on June 15th around 9 PM. When I got home, I found only one meal in the bag, even though I paid for two. I couldn’t call that night, but I called the next day around 6 PM, which is still within the 24-hour window their own policy allows.
Instead of helping, the staff member first claimed I was too late. When I told him I was within the policy, he suddenly said they packed two boxes (which is impossible to remember without checking). He then tried to brush me off with a 10% coupon and a free sandwich — that’s not a fair fix.
This kind of service is unprofessional and disappointing. I’ve contacted KFC head office and I hope they make this right. Until then, I can’t recommend this location based on how they treat their customers when...
