Dixie Lee — Restaurant in Neguac

lately the quality of service has declined. I used to call an order so thinking I wouldn't lose time on a 1/2 lunch break, thinking it would be ready when I go pick it up but it came to my attention that telephone orders are only being prepared once the client arrives on site. so why call in an order then? Also who ever answers the phone on the other end need to learn to articulate and communicate. talking to someone who mumbles is not good business. The old owner had the best fries in the area, the oil was changed frequently and the fries were always very hot but since it changed hands in the past years, the quality of fries are left to be desired. I never once received "hot" fries, always warm or cold. I keep asking for fresh hot fries but it seems that I'm speaking alien to them. how disappointing. ANd I could go on how many times they made mistakes in my order the one that really upsets me is a "dinner" has 3 pieces of chicken,,,,,not 2. and I want all...

Restaurant offer Fried Chicken and Fish&Chips as their specialty. Fried chicken is from a Louisiana receipe which gives a light but crispy coating on the chicken.

Thus restaurant is recently build therefor pretty modern design and sitting area is a decent size for the village population.

Service is friendly however kitchen speed is a little on the slow side. Not sure why especially if you order chicken which in my opinion should be quicker especially for a fast food style restaurant.

I travel throughout NB. This for unknown reasons is the ABSOLUTE BEST Dixie Lee. Ive tried and tried to figure it out. Yes the staff is super friendly. Yes the restaurant is super clean and very modern with screen type menus. But its the chicken that really matter. And out of 8 different Dixie Lee's I have eaten at in NB. This is the absolute best tasting. It always tastes fresh and perfectly cooked and SOO juicy. Ive worked in a kitchen chicken for a rival chicken place.
