Blue Canoe — Restaurant in New Brunswick

So I know that not everyone has had the chance to work in the kitchen of a restaurant but if you have you know what I'm talking about. If there is gray on the bottom of the eggs that's only one thing the gross scrub stone that is used to clean the grill the night before and clearly not rinsed off like it's supposed to well this has happened a couple times now and I made it a point to go back at a later time to talk to a manager about this and I was told that the grill is cleaned multiple times a day well again the gray on the bottom of my eggs say that it's dirty I was told that multiple different 3rd party companies come to inspect there kitchen and it's the cleanest kitchen for a second I thought I was talking to Trump well I would highly recommend that the kitchen staff be tought how to properly clean the grill if they can't get that clean just imagine what the rest of it is like if there are any health inspectors reading this please go see what I'm talking about because I'm pretty sure the eating scrub stone isn't very healthy.

This restaurant is connected to a special K at 415 Nevers Road. This location sells their deserts at the special K but doesn’t list their ingredients and on one package it said allergen alert with a few items that it contains. But then several other packages said allergen alert : may contain and doesn’t actually indicate what allergens are in the items. When I asked the kitchen staff they said “oh it definitely has milk” so I asked why it wasn’t listed and he said “I don’t know, ask my boss”. I then explained that a may contain item is actually considered generally safe for people with allergens because it’s not directly in the product and that it is to tell people that it’s in the same kitchen which is pretty common with many foods. The staff were rude to me about sharing this info and honestly I’d love to know why you work in the food business if you don’t care that people...

So in the last week myself and my partner have stopped in here twice the first time I had taken a bite of my egg and it had an odd flavor I turned it over and the bottom was Grey from the dirty grill stone and dirty grill. At both visited it was at open so the grill should have been cleaned the night before this morning we tried again I even asked the waitress about if the grill was cleaned right and she assured me that it was but when my eggs come back I flipped it over and again there was grey on the under side one would think they don't want to make people sick by not cleaning there grill I do not suggest anyone eat there maybe they will learn to clean...
