We had such a great day at Hopewell Rocks! The High Tide Cafe's covered deck was the perfect way to refuel and relax after we took the guided walk through the rocks and before we kayaked them that evening. The food was delicious and the view is a beautiful place to watch the tide come in. I ordered the lobster sandwich on a croissant and upgraded to a side of a cup of seafood chowder. The sparkling Rose was the perfect compliment and the food was absolutely divine!

Food was very nice. Ordered lobster sandwich and rice. I was unsure about the rice but it turned out very flavorful and had corn, black beans and a nice spice to it. The sandwich was good and came with a giant pickle. The service was quick and the restaurant is conveniently located near the Hopewell rocks beach floor (15 minute walk). The servers were friendly.

While waiting for mid tide, we had lunch here. I had the lobster croissant with a bowl of the Bay of Fundy seafood chowder. It was perfectly seasoned. I don't know what kind of spices but it was truly delicious. The lobster, scallops and other deliciousness were incredibly tasty. Highly recommend the seafood chowder. The view was memorable from the patio.

Tasty food - had the lobster club and it was very filling and well done - lots of lobster in it along with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. You also get choice of white or whole wheat bread. For sides you can have regular or sweet potato fries (no extra charge - a nice change!). My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and reported it was also really good. Portion sizes are great, but prices are on higher end (lobster club was $17.49) - this is to be expected though for their remote location!

Service was ok - they seemed to be short staffed so maybe this was an off day.

You order at the main counter and they give you a number on a metal sign to bring to your table where they then know to bring your food to. Pretty cool system! We ate outside as views are beautiful - lots of seating room which was great. I should note as well that their selection was quite large - steak and mushroom sandwich looked good - they also had a lobster club and lobster burger! Chicken fingers and fries too as well as a veggie burger and much more!

Overall a handy location being in the visitors center of the Hopewell Rocks! Pricey but I felt it was good value for...

I was at the park today and was I pleasantly surprised. while waiting for the tide to change the scenery, I figured I’ll grab an over priced mediocre sandwich in the tourist trap restaurant. Looking at the menu I noticed the fish chowder was advertised as “with dill”, I’m a retired hotel chef with professional training and I know you don’t buy fish chowder with dill, so I asked. Turns out freshly made there and it was really good. Encouraged I also had a hamburger and fries, items I generally shun and again the was taken aback by how good it was. The prices were more than reasonable and when you factor in that it was actually really good food, it’s a bargain. Each and every member of the staff was remarkable. Remember, I have been in catering 45 years plus and this is the first time I would actually recommend a place. Three weeks travelling the eastern coast and this, what I thought was a tourist trap turns out to be the best place so far, oh yeah, the rocks are pretty too! Go to this park, GO...

We visited on a weekday, but there were still tons of people visiting the park. After the low tide, at around 12-2pm, there were a ton of people flooding into the restaurant. There was a very long line up, and we waited about 20 minutes to place our order. A couple menu items were also sold out.

Once we ordered, we were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait— we waited about an hour for our pager to go off.

Other than the wait, the restaurant is great. The employees did their best to keep up with the lunch rush, and periodically went into the line, warning people of the long wait.

The food was also great. Local ingredients cooked fresh for you— the burgers we ordered were hot and ready— pretty well seasoned and cooked.

Overall pretty good choice if you want a lunch in the park… only if you have...
