Sweet and sour never tasted anything close to what one would expect. I am still mystified by what it actually was, while the "chicken" dish was almost entirely batter. All three dishes were so bland and starchy as to be nearly flavorless, principally, it seemed, because the chefs decided to hold back on any ingredients - such as spices - that might actually cost them money to include.
