What an incredible seven-course dinner and evening at The Table! Each course was prepared with perfection!! We particularly enjoyed hearing from Chef Hunter as to the process undertaken in preparation of each course. There is a totally new menu each week, and they never repeat a recipe!! To say it was a fantastic culinary experience is an understatement. Congrats to chef Hunter and his team. The old church provides a beautiful setting. The food is delicious, creative and the flavours came through in each ingredient of each course. Ingredients are locally sourced and cleverly substituted when not available. One of the top meals we have experienced in our international travels. This restaurant is not to be missed when visiting beautiful P.E.I. Can't wait to see what the future holds for...

We had dinner on July 2nd at The Table. It was by far the best and most memorable part of our weeks vacation on PEI. Chef Hunter is a magician with building many levels of flavor in his dishes. It was the most beautiful and delicious dinner we've ever had.....ever! Service was impeccable (thank you Christine!). In future rather than scheduling a dinner around a PEI beach vacation we'll be scheduling a trip to PEI based on a reservation...
