This is one busy place! They have figured out a good system for the tables and it wasn't a tremendous wait.

The food was really excellent--better than expected, and better than a recent fish experience at a lauded establishment. We split a fish burger and fish taco. Didn't capture pictures because we didn't think of it until I had only a half gnawed taco left. Take that as a good sign.

The fish was perfect--flaky and fresh. They use a panko crust and it was very crisp without being greasy. I would go for just the food, which probably explains the crowd; we had to wait at 4 pm on a Monday.

We sat at a high table inside. It was nice and sunny out but the tables outside didn't consistently have sun cover, which was necessary for us.

Sitting by the stairs coming up to the second floor it was chaotic and noisy. There was some perfume smell. I wasn't feeling great about the experience until the food arrived.

I tried the session IPA (okay but not fantastic--but nice and light, so I certainly enjoyed it) and then the sour. Apparently their first brew and quite popular. It was quite good.

We picked up souvenirs and sat on the dock before leaving. I'd say the atmosphere depends a lot on where you sit and what you expect. They have lots of games for kids and adults alike. Very family friendly!

Worth the visit for the food and location alone. It's really a...

Was super excited to try this place, Was on my honeymoon with hubby and we both really wanted to check it out. Hostess was super nice and then everything went downhill. Bartender behind bar was super unwelcoming and our server Barb was terrible. We drove from Ontario had no idea they didn't have physical menus and were met with a rude attitude and snotty looks from barb when we didn't know what we wanted or what they had. She finally took our drink order and went on her break(which is more than ok but didn't say anything to anyone she was serving)and we were left sitting without any drinks or someone to take our order for about 25-30minutes. Finally another lovely lady named Karen came over and took our order for food and brought out our drinks. My husband was also burned by the extremely HOT dish that no one mentioned would burn him. Karen and the food are the only reason I'm not giving 0 stars. Super disappointed in the lack of service and unfriendliness - won't recommend this place and extremely disheartened that we planned a trip around this place. Reviews are quite misleading and it's clear they have an issue with the lack of care their...

Visited the establishment today for the first time. The beer was fantastic. My husband opted for the blonde but I tried the flight. Substituted the stout for the blueberry beer and loved them all. We arrived mid afternoon and were advised they were short staffed. We put our name on the list for a table in the dining room which was estimated to be 30 mins. We proceeded to the bar for a beverage and wait on the patio. We waited ato least 15 mins to get a beer because there was 1 person at a cash taking bar orders, taking bills from patrons who were finished eating and ringing in gift shop items. After standing in line for 15 mins for a beverage our wait for a table was only about another 20 mins. Perfect. Once seated we waited, and waited until finally we flagged down a waitress who was serving another section. Our waitress was on break. Understand everyone needs a break but when she did come back she totally ignored us until we had to seek her out for the bill. The food was really good and reasonably priced for the portions. I loved the place and will return for sure. Hoping we just hit on a bad day in...

Beer was okay. There's about 7-8 varieties on tap. I tried them all, since we ordered a couple flights, and they were good, but not outstanding. I was very much disappointed in the pizza. We ordered a margarita, which was described with fresh basil, and the photo on the menu showed a lot of it, with an ample amount of cheese. The actual pizza contained neither. The basil was dried, and the cheese was about half shown in the photo. One or two small blobs, the size of a loonie (fresh mozzarella) per slice. There's only a couple vegetarian items on the menu, this being one of them. So if you're looking for a non-meat item, maybe you should eat before you arrive and save your money to avoid the disappointment. The staff however, was extremely pleasant and friendly, but did not ask about the quality of the food. Maybe they're told not to. We skipped the desert, surmising that it might be the same disappointment. Oh well, there's always another brewery down the road.

Rating this place 2 stars based on service. We had expected it to busy on a weekend, when we pulled in on a Sunday at 3:45pm the parking lot was busy. We were told the wait list was long but we could grab a beer and sit in the "beer garden". As we made our way throught we were shocked to find the place empty. We grabbed our beers from a wonderful bartender who was friendly. And made our way out to the beer garden, I.e. two tall tables with stools on the back blacktop beside the dock. We checked in with waiters to see why there were so many empty tables, we were told the kitchen was behind. When we asked if we could sit since we weren't having any food but were told no, there was a wait list. For our second beers, the bartender had been replaced by someone unable to pour a stout. When we left at 5:30pm only half the empty tables had been filled. Terrible service losing money with empty tables. Also for a well know tourist stop, this place had unusable wifi.
