WOW, my search for a delicious and balanced pho in York region is over! Ever since we discovered the most delicious pho downtown Toronto we've been looking for a similar taste closer to home. I've tried several local places and been letdown with pho that is too salty, oily, flavors just off, etc. Pho Saigon has none of those issues, the broth is truly so flavorful and the noodles are perfectly cooked. I've ordered 4 times since discovering and consistency is on point, everything perfect every time! Portion size is perfect as well. They respect simple requests such as no onions which is excellent and the customer service is always great and friendly. I've always got takeout so far but the restaurant is very nice and clean and has a cosy atmosphere, I would definitely eat in sometime. I think the worse part of it though was the really high amount of nutmeg in their pho soup (pretty sure it was nutmeg). It was so strong that it really took over all of the other flavours and was quite overwhelming.
Last but not least. They don't take credit card. Cash and debit only.
Service was really good though!!! Prices were good too but many other places nearby have much...
