Worst experience today, ordered the beef souvlaki sandwich with the "substitute a side greek salad for 1.99" as mentioned in their menu online. When picking it up and paying I noticed my bill was a little more then I thought it was supposed to be so mentioned to the waitress and she said that 1.99 is our dine in menu. So I said well it doesn't say that on your website so she said I'll call my manager, so out came the manager (bald headed guy). I explained myself again as I did to the female waitress and he then proceeded to argue with me over $4. I told him it's on your wesite but my phone is in my car, he made me go to my car and get phone to prove to him. When I showed it to him online on my phone he said that's the takeout menu, so I said where does it say it's the takeout menu? He then told me he would have to talk to the owner to confirm cause my phone could be presenting the wrong info. I said don't worry about it and walked out the door and he replied back " I won't" as I was walking out the door. All this for $4. What a joke!

2 weeks ago I took my daughter and her grandmother there and ordered lunch pork souvlaki, it was all fat and burnt. My daughter got the hamburger kids meal and it tasted like a rubber shoe, it was so dry I almost choked. She took a bite and didn't eat the rest. I did not complain that day and even tipped the waitress as she was very nice and not her fault.

While the service and the setting were great, the meal itself was just ok. We ordered the pork souvlaki dinner. It came with a generous sized fresh salad that was good. The main course was good size chunks of pork with really large roasted potatoes, rice and a generous dollop of tzatziki. The problems, which are partially just a question of personal preference, lay in the large potatoes were not really roasted well and were more like large boiled potatoes with some flavour and the meat which was gristly and fatty and not very good cuts of pork. So much so, you were not sure what kind of meat you were eating. The flavour of the meat was a bit different than I am used to (cinnamon). But you can get around this as a new experience. The chewiness, you could not. As we had a few orders of this in our group and we all experienced the same thing, it was not just a one off poor part of the meal. I'd probably rate the service as excellent, wait time was minimal, meal ok, price too high for the quality of meat, and overall probably 3.5. Lots of choices of places to go, I am unlikely to return. Food was aweful! Quail was far to over cooked, salad was limp and old. Not a crisp leaf in the plate. Patatoes looked sooo good but we're cold in the middle. Not even warm. Manager brought out replacement potatoes and they were steaming......on the outside....yet cold in the middle. And the manager came out with a nasty attitude as an extra side dish! My wife was there the day before and another manager came out and scolded her for wanting to order from the kids menu. She is I'll and doesn't have a good appetite. As a matter of fact, her wanting to eat anything is great news. He said he would allow her to order a kids meal this time only! If I has been there, I would have cancelled my order and left to a restaurant that realizes customers come first, kids meal or whatever. For a brand new, newly opened restaurant, they should know you have 1 shot to make or break your business. This place blew it.
