McDonald's — Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake

BITTER LETTUCE. This restaurant should be shut down for food quality inspection. Date: June 5, 2021 Items Ordered: $12.18 + tax 2 Can Dine (1 Big Mac, 1 McChicken, 2 L Coffee) Experience: The lettuce in both sandwiches are bitter. I had a mouthful that was so bitter, I had to spit it out immediately. There was still a bitter after taste. The color of the lettuce turned yellow. I asked for extra sauce in both sandwiches and neither sandwiches were made with extra sauce. The fries is undercooked. Both medium fries were portioned as small fries. There was no ketchup in the bag. The in store washroom was closed. Our party was advised to go downtown to use the public washroom.

Conclusion: If I was in store, I would have returned the meal and asked for a refund. Since all orders are take out, this McDonald's store assumes you will not return to argue about their food quality. I got a diarrhea immediately after this meal. This concludes that this restaurant uses lettuce that has expired (possibly for more than 3 days). I think this restaurant should FIX the washroom and open it IMMEDIATELY! For this many problems to occur in one McDonald's restaurant, it makes you wonder how long this inattentiveness has been happening. This is consistently the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Unfortunately there is no other in the area so I find myself going back there and being disappointed again, like a crazy person who does the same thing expecting different results. Today was no exception. They advertise all-day breakfast but I was told they do not serve hash browns after 11am. My sausage and egg mcmuffin turned out to be bacon, cold and no attempt was made to wrap it up in an orderly fashion. Without getting the desired hash brown, I had to get fries which were half-full and cold. The diet coke was overflowing and the server spilled it all down my car at the drive-thru. This place is spiraling down rapidly....the building is and has been in a sad sad state and in need of immediate brush and paint. We lived 16 years in town and have seen the decay take over We were the only ones there. The drive through was dead slow.staff were in no rush to serve and so un interested a b/ fast Mc muffin took for ever. At the last moment told hashbrowns not served after a certain hour . then given fries. Then why not stop the all day breakfast..why is this coglomerate moster McDonald's in such a sad sad state? Instead of coffee asked for OJ. Took another 6-8minutes to let us know they do not have any. Staff 4 or 5 of them in general gave the impression they were being interrupted from their vacation day.
