Maritime donair? The first donair I ever had outside of the Maritimes was Gabriel's. Not the same, but very good. Love the pizza and this location! I understand this is marketing for Gabriel's and not the location's fault, but this is not a Maritime donair. Maritime donairs are made with white onion, tomato, meat and sweet garlic sauce. The meat is taken off the spit and fried before assembling the sandwich. The sauce lacked flavor, there was red onion and lettuce.
