Buck & Jo's — Restaurant in North Huron

Menu is pretty simple & basic but the food was good and each day has a daily special ..... the cinnamon donuts are freshly made while you wait (I assume the apple fritters are as well) and the donuts were delicious ..... pricing is beyond reasonable .... all three of us ate for $21 ..... Jo was extremely nice & friendly ..... very relaxed place ..... they have games available ie: chess, checkers, crokinole etc .... has a drop in feel to it ..... and I love the fact that the pricing is so reasonable that someone on a fixed budget could enjoy a nibble there without stressing their wallet ..... would recommend it as a place to pop in even if just for some freshly made donuts and a...

Got the straight up Burger and Fries. The meal for me was the appropriate size and everything was cooked and seasoned properly including the often hard to pull off French fries. Compared to fast food from "you know who" and the like, I consider this burger and fries I just ate to be gourmet, and the price is very reasonable as well. Friendly staff. Regarding the politics of Buck and Joe's however... as it has become somewhat of a hot topic recently I will say this... many people feel the same way...

What a joke for a small town restaurant. Just don't go if you can avoid it. Their coffee was cold and had no taste. Had their breakfast and you can make a better one at home. You can tell they are small town but think they're bigger. The political stuff is way too aggressive and doesnt make sense. You can tell theyre trying to be the hot shots of Wingham, On. Kinda funny. I made a comment on Facebook and they deleted, instead of responding. Very odd. Not worth the visit...
