VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I went for 2 vanilla ice coffees this evening, came home and drank them. It tasted very burnt. So I decided to bring them back, when I walked into the store I explained I wanted to bring them back, the worker said “okay, what’s wrong them with” I explained they’re just burnt, the worker explained very rudely “well what do you want me to do, put more cream in it” after I already explained it was the coffee itself, while the worker goes to remake my coffee, she’s talking to other worker right in front of me and the worker goes “i don’t know how anything can be wrong with it, another person just came in and got the same thing, and they didn’t come back” I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m put on trial just because I don’t like the product i paid for. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way after a bad experience and feel like it’s too much to ask to remake a coffee when it’s burnt or try and make it...

Yesterday driving though Kentville, we decide to stop in to Robins for a quick coffee and sandwich. I think I must of eaten the worse breakfast sandwich of my entire life!!! I had the Western sandwich with everything Bagel, the bagel was hard as a rock, I could not even bite into it!!
