Stirlini Pizza — Restaurant in North Kentville

I would give this place a much better rating if they understood the basics. Donair sauce comes with garlic fingers, always has. Pizza cannot be dry and do no cheap on the donair sauce with donairs. Lastnight was poutine that was dry as hell. So dry I used ketchup as the gravy was very absent.

I have brought these issues up and nothing changes. Maybe I have to move onto another place as they are not understanding basic pizza shop rules.

They say they have a new way of thinking but this way is pissing off their customers. It is bad when you feel you need to complain everytime.

Their food is good they just do not understand sauces. I paid for poutine not cheese and fries. Paid for a 2 dollar bag of fries and about 2 dollars worth the cheese for 25 bucks. Never again.

I've been ordering pizza from Stirlini for over 2 years since it's the closest place in Kentville. We buy from them to support the local business, not necessarily because the food is amazing, and we always make sure to leave a tip. But recently, things took a disappointing turn. One of the owners was really rude to me for no reason and another staff member giving a sarcastic smile that made the situation uncomfortable. I actually left without getting the pizza because of how uncomfortable it made me feel as a female customer. Would not recommend. Friendly staff but the food was awful. We ordered a bbq chicken pizza & garlic fingers. When we arrived home we discovered the pizza had no sauce. Understandable, mistakes are made but they did not offer to fix the mistake. Only apologized until I suggested they do something about it.
