Caddyshack — Restaurant in North Middlesex

Cute little diner style restaurant in parkhill. Very small and not many tables. Looks like they only do breakfast and lunch, and they close at 3 pm. We had the eggs bene and poutine. Food was decent, hollandaise was bland and had no taste, and there weren't many home fries, but the eggs were cooked properly and they use real back bacon. The poutine was decent, they don't use real curds, but the fries were good and the gravy was good. Also the eggs bene was served with French fries, not home fries which was a little wierd. didn't have what I ordered so i had to change my choice . asked for a salad as a side received french friesthen when I asked her for the salad i ordered she spilled oil dressing all over my $89 pants because she disnt put it on the plate properly . she never apologized . went to wash up in the washroom and the soap was empty . cut open my panzi only to have half a cup of oil spill out . We met friends there for Breakfast. Very different from what I expected. I thought it would be more like a pub. I was pleasantly surprised ! Service was friendly...my friend was not happy with the bacon...she had some pretty chunky pieces. I think she prefers crispy bacon. My dog loved it though! ☺️ Hash browns were ok...I prefer pan fried though. We were not rushed...we were able to have a very pleasant visit with our friends...as we had not seen them recently. I loved the vines woven around the room at the ceiling! Christmas decor...
