Wow, what a great find. My wife and I were looking for a spot to grab a bite for lunch and we stumbled upon the Olde Village Bakery. We were pleased to find that they had some lunch offerings that included a homemade pizza and meat pies. My wife got a plain cheese pizza square and she truly enjoyed it and I got the beef & pork meat pie. I’ve never had anything quite like it. Though a bit dry it was quite flavorful and rather filling. We also got some rolls to take along for dinner but we held back on getting any sweet treats thus we must stop again. It’s a very small little shop that absolutely packed full of truly delectable looking treats.

If heaven has a bakery, it’s The Olde Village Bakery. We stumbled upon this gem while exploring PEI and left looking like we robbed the place—loaded with butter tarts, cookies, and donuts still warm enough to fog up our glasses. The staff? Charming enough to make you forget you're supposed to be on a diet. The butter tarts? Illegal levels of gooey. The cookies? Basically edible hugs. The donuts? Still warm and likely sent from the pastry gods themselves. 10/10 will return, likely in disguise so they don’t judge how often we show up.

Oh boy! What a treat. This place is no secret to tourists and locals alike. Everyone on the island knows about Olde Village Bakery. We stopped by this morning to pick up some delicious freshly baked sweets. And, we highly recommend that you do too! This place is worth driving out of your way to find. The bakery is located at a busy intersection. Therefore, getting in and out might be challenging. The parking lot is a bit small, but everyone seemed to manage.

Country bakery at its finest! If you are looking for a large commercial bakery with a supply that lasts all day - then this isn't the bakery for you! However, if you are looking for fresh, delicious treats that FLY OFF the shelves - then you need to try the Olde Village Bakery! The small store could barely handle the crowd when I last visited; people were waiting in line outside the door just to be able to get inside. The fresh donuts were some of the best I have ever had! A crunchy exterior with a warm and tender interior; they were quickly devoured! The cinnamon rolls looked delicious, but I was too late to try them - if you are looking to try them be sure to arrive early, or call and find out when they are making the next batch! The cinnamon rolls don't hang...

Been coming here for the past three years every time we visit PEI. Everything is absolutely fresh and delicious here. The chocolate croissant and chocolate danish is better than some French Bakeries I’ve been to: light, flakey, chocolatey, and not overly sweet. Their raspberry brownie and spinach cheese pastry is absolutely scrumptious. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again soon. They are super busy so head there early. They open around 9am, we got there just before noon and most of their trays were almost emptied out. Droves of ppl kept coming and going just buying whatever was left because honestly everything is...
