Best place in north rustico to have food. Loved their avocado salad with pomelo and nice vinaigrette drizzle so refreshing after a sunny day in the beach. Fresh cut fries with skin was droll worthy. It stayed crisp for longer time with perfect softness inside and not too salty. Indian taste buds need ketchup for all thing fried but these fries are made really good you don’t need a ketchup. Chef’s linguine is must try, nice velvety pasta served with perfectly toasted bread. “the best butter toasted sourdough bread” ❤️ they served with pasta. Some locals were raving about their cheese cake but we couldn’t try it. An old couple suggested us try their cheese cake but it was sold out. Overall a beautiful place with nice and spacious outdoor seating to dine when you are in north rustico.

We went on a busy morning, and while the staff were visibly stretched a bit thin, they were all incredibly kind. Our order did come with errors and took quite a while, likely due to how busy they were. The space was charming and would undoubtedly have been more enjoyable when less crowded. The food was okay, nothing outstanding despite reviews saying otherwise, and the prices were a bit high for the portions. The one thing that did baffle me was the cinnamon roll, pictured here; they didn't have any in the display case at the time I ordered, otherwise I would have avoided what was more like a cookie than a roll. I also did not see a used books section, though it could have been obscured by the crowd. It's nice when stores offer sustainable options in addition to new books.

We are so happy to have a nice coffee shop in North Rustico. Some of our party had a meal here and said it was quite delicious. I speaking with those who were working there, they explained some of the further plans for the shop. They mentioned the development of the second level to a lounge type environment to enjoy your coffee. Once everything gets dialed in, it will be almost perfect. They have a very nice outdoor patio, plus a grassed yard with tables. There is also a play ground very close for the kids. The one are that we felt could be improved was the coffees we had were less than average. We are looking forward to getting back to the island to spend some more time here.

Serious safety concern – please be cautious! I visited Tide & Tales Bistro while on holiday, planning to enjoy a latte, but unfortunately left with a serious leg injury. While walking past their display cabinet, I cut my leg on a sharp, exposed piece of metal. The injury required 7 stitches, a tetanus shot, and has left me unable to move properly for weeks.

The staff on site were somewhat helpful and mentioned they were already aware of this hazard. However, it’s deeply concerning that management has not addressed such a serious safety issue, especially one that could easily injure another customer.

I’m sharing this to warn other patrons to be extremely cautious around the display area until the café takes proper steps to fix the problem. What should have been a simple coffee stop turned into a painful and...

Such a perfect blend of gorgeous scenery, the friendliest staff, fabulous food and delicious coffees! A place you can’t miss checking out if you’re visiting North Rustico. In just 3 yrs this quaint little shop has stolen the hearts of many, including mine! Both breakfast and lunch include options for everyone and stick with a very island theme, optimizing on fresh produce and seafood treats that tantalize the taste buds! And for all you book worms out there- this is definitely the perfect stop on your daily list of things to do! Grab a book, a yummy meal and coffee and enjoy the ambiance! However you need to get there- Walk, run, bike, drive, lawnmower your way down! Make some new friends, create new memories and find some of the best vibes in this beautiful part of the world we call...
