Had to tell them my order 3 times over the drive thru speaker and when we got to the window they messed up the order anyways. They took 10 mins to fix the first order while waiting in the drive thru then we got it none of the coffee were mixed and 3 of them had no sugar. Read moreI find the quality of Tim Hortons employee in Cape Breton are sub par compared to those across the rest of the province. The employees here often seem to consistently be slower and complain more than anywhere else. Employee's aside; the stores here are inconsistently stocked with bakery goods and ordering anything "out of the ordinary" like an espresso on its own takes some effort to order. Can't go back as I'm at work.
