Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Oakville

Used Uber Eats to order from pizza depot. When the courier arrived with one pizza box instead of two, I knew that we had the wrong order and the delivery man said that he “wasn’t surprised” and that he had asked the staff at pizza depot several times for confirmation, but it was still wrong. I called pizza depot to see how long it would take for our correct order to arrive, but they insisted that the driver had 2 separate orders in his car and just gave us the wrong one. Why he would have left to go back to pizza depot instead of exchanging the orders in his car are beyond me... pizza depot clearly have deceitful employees. The driver then returned to pizza depot to get the correct order, and arrived back to us in a very timely matter. Upon opening our order, a few things were missing (some dipping sauces) so I contacted pizza depot and they said that the driver stole our things, however the rest of the dips were in a paper bag stapled shut, so I assume they just forgot to double check our order, and blamed the driver instead. They could not come up with any way to rectify this messy situation, and instead just kept arguing over me on the phone. Very disgusted with the customer service at this location, and feel terrible for the Uber drivers that have to be blamed for their many mistakes. We will order from other pizza places that are a bit farther from us from now on to make sure that we don’t support these...

I’ve been a customer of Pizza Depot for over 12 years, but unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from the Oakville location anymore due to consistently poor service. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s happened three times now. Either the delivery was extremely late or the pizza sizes were incorrect.

The worst part? On busy weekends, they only have one staff member handling everything inside and just one delivery driver. That’s just not acceptable for a business that should know how to handle peak hours.

Most recently, I had to call twice—after waiting over an hour and ten minutes—just to follow up on my delivery. I was told again that a note would be made next to my number, just like the last two times. Clearly, those notes don’t mean anything.

It’s incredibly frustrating to sit at the dining table with hungry kids, waiting and chasing down our dinner. Not once did a manager or the owner reach out to apologize or explain. After so many years, this is a disappointing way to end the relationship.

Oakville Pizza Depot, you really need to step up your service—or you’ll keep losing loyal...

I’ve been ordering from Pizza Depot in Oakville for a while now, and I can confidently say this is my go-to pizza spot! Every single time I’ve ordered, the food has been fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The Butter Chicken Pizza is absolutely next-level – rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. Their Tandoori Chicken and Paneer pizzas are equally delicious, especially if you're into that Indo-fusion style.

The crust is always crispy on the outside, soft inside, and they don’t skimp on toppings, which I really appreciate. Their cheesy bread is addictive, and the wings are surprisingly good too – crispy and sauced just right.

The staff is always friendly, whether I’m picking up in person or calling in. They even remembered my usual order once, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.

Honestly, if you're in Oakville and craving pizza that hits the spot, you can’t go wrong with Pizza Depot. Great food, great service, and great value....
