The food is absolutely delicious; I love ordering my pizza from here. And for the first time ever, I was greeted by a nice lady the last time I visited the store. She acknowledged my presence and took the time to ask me what I would like. She was just super respectful, friendly, and welcoming.
However, I cannot say the same about the rest of the staff. Immediately upon entering the store, they always assume the purpose of my visit without asking the standard, "Hi, how can I help you?"
For instance, every time I walk in, they automatically ask me, "Pickup?" so abruptly. I never hear a standard greeting such as, "Hey", "Hi", "Hello"...nothing. One time I was there, I walked in and the gentleman just says to me, "Pickup?" And I said, "No I want to place an order." Then another customer walks in and he says, "Pick-up for John?" (example) and the customer replies, "No, it's for Nick". No greeting whatsoever!
This store is lacking customer service and just basic human etiquette. I wish all staff were like the lady I met last time. It would make my experience, and I'm sure others too, more...
Read moreEdit and update to review: One important note on ordering Pizza from here is that the whole wheat crust only is available in the medium size. So any other larger size you may order will essentially be a very thin crust pizza.
We have had better pizza from other pizzaville locations in other cities. The few times we have ordered the pizza has been made thin crust without our request, or perhaps it is shrinkflation at this point in time in an effort to use less dough.
Most pizzaville locations will ask whether or not you want thin crust, but all their pizzas might as well be on toasted pita flatbread given how crisp and dry it felt.
The dough has a big impact on the overall pizza flavour and we felt theirs was lacking, on not once, but 3...

We never had a pizza this aweful from even a standard Pizza Pizza or any of the other subpar pizza chain places. Both of our pizzas were overdone and burnt. Cheese was too crispy and hard as rock. The flavor was overwhelmed by the burnt crust and carcinogens. The Margherita went straight in the garbage can.
I understand that it was busy... but that's no excuse. Whoever made this and thought it was fit to send out needs to learn a thing or two about quality control and what is acceptable.
I would've prefered to wait longer for pizzas that were enjoyable or even subpar rather than buying some burnt wheels for our...
