Caveat: If you are looking for somewhere cheap to eat, look elsewhere. Now that we've adjusted some people's expectations, let's get on with some realism. Though prices may seem a bit high, compared to a few other places, there IS good value. Seriously. My omelette was large and hot. I had asked for two 'add-ins': cheese and mushrooms. Both items were plentiful. The accompanying toast was fine...just toast but....the home fries were excellent. Properly boiled potatoes WITH skins on then pan-fried exactly right. My spouse's clubhouse sported crispy bacon and actual turkey (not deli-pressed material). All staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. I DID check with our server, (Linda) as to the way our meals were prepared ie....were our servings typical or maybe a little bit enhanced in any way. She assured me that our breakfasts were exactly like anyone else's and.....would be the same calibre/quality upon a return visit. I add this because consistency is key. On a final note, be watchful of the debit/credit machine.....as the tip level starts at 18% but....does allow for zero or a percentage of your choice. So...breaky for the two of us was ~ $40 plus tip. Pricey but...a...

We just arrived home after having one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a very long time!! I ordered three pancakes and when they came, I was astonished at the size of them! I actually could’ve probably just gone with one they were that big. Having said that, they were absolutely delicious, just like homemade!! We also ordered home fries and bacon, which was very crisp as I had asked, and my husband had eggs as well! I would be very remiss if I did not mention that Trish was our server and a better server you will never find no matter where you go! She was so friendly, so very pleasant and just really aimed to please!! The owners of this restaurant should be very, very happy that she is an employee! She is so good for business because of her wonderful attitude and her helpful ways! Rest assured, we will be back and we will be back often for breakfast or lunch!! Very delicious home made food with generous portions. (With apologies, I don’t know how to give a 4.5 star review.) The owners are also very friendly.

I ordered the 2 patty hot hamburger with mashed potato, shown below. The hamburger patties are home made and flavourful. Real potatoes (not instant) in the mashed. Delicious gravy. And, crunchy veggies. (Broccoli and carrots are also my favourite mixed veg combo so bonus for me!)

The portions are large enough that I could’ve gone with 1 patty for lunch. (Yes, I have a healthy appetite.) That said I enjoyed it all.

Definitely worth a try; I will be back to sample some of their...
