Brews & Cues — Restaurant in Ontario

Took about half an hour to get our drinks, and then after we ordered our food, it took an hour to get to us. The waitress seemed to be more concerned with how she looked than providing good service. Not to mention that she kept catering towards the big table because she knew that’s where she’d get the big tips and barely looked at our table, despite how we were WITH the people at the big table, just sitting at another table. We even ordered our food before them, but they got it first because she didn’t even bother to look our way. I’m not sure if she understands that in order to get good tips, you have to actually provide good service. This place gets one star because the food was phenomenal, although the portions were small compared to other restaurants. It definitely does not take an hour to make the food, and half an hour to get drinks. If you’re planning on getting drunk, don’t go here because you’ll get sober between the...

Pool was fun, but my order was messed up. The waitress was super nice, but the mixed drinks were pretty bad. After our meal we played pool all wearing masks. We noticed no one else playing pool was so we thought we could have our masks off provided we stay at our stations. We got a stern talking to from a staff member, but he didn't address any of the other 16 plus people playing pool which was kind of annoying. I always wear my mask we were just kind of confused. Edit* to clarify when I said "We noticed no one else playing pool was" I meant the other individuals playing pool were not wearing masks. I know we need to wear masks and i am all for the safety of myself and others. It was just a bit disappointing that others in the premises weren't pushed to follow these protocols like we were. We should have just kept our masks on either way to be honest, but it still isn't nice that we were the only ones spoken to. At least to...

The service was bad. I was not at all impressed with the food that I ordered. I ordered a buffalo wrap and when it arrived at the table I found that there "buffalo" sauce was some kind of homemade mustard sauce... which was not like a buffalo sauce at all and this was not indicated on the menu. I'm not crazy about mustard so I asked if I could have it remade with hot sauce. Awhile later I get an extremely soggy wrap that is dripping with hot sauce. The chicken was cold and hard like it had been deep fried a long time ago and sat out in open air. I mean this thing was a hot sauce soup in a wrap and inedible. The server laughs when she puts it down and says "I guess that's why they don't make it with that sauce." HAHAHA. Well I work in a kitchen so I know it's likely that I pissed off the wrong person in the back. That's why I say the service is bad. Perhaps the rest of the menu is quite good, but I'll never go back...
