Four times out of 5 they mess up the order. I ask soup they miss the spoon. I ask farmer's wrap they forget the hash-brown...pointless to list... I visited their place yesterday (Mar 21) after a log break. There were 8 (I mean it!, eight staff behind the countertops) we were 2 than 4 than 8 and 10 customers in line, more were coming and after a while leaving. Only the most determined resisted. It seems that three staff were teaching an elderly one at the register. But to my surprise, I realized that that specific staff was working there for over a year - at least, because I knew her from before. It was ludicrous: she kind of pretended of being a "student " repeating the "teachers" instructions which those who are in learning process do not do. She was a "student" so long time ago, she even forgotten how it feels. I asked two coffee - the same - she was buttoning slowly at the register and mumbling the order which was so simple that to her deception could not be messed up or at least she could not think quickly enough on how. Read moreJust called Tim"s customer service on this store and it's manager who in my opinion is not really concerned with getting customers orders right. In the past 2 weeks my coffee orders of 1 cream and 1 milk has been wrong 3 times.. I am a diabetic and half the time my coffee is wrong and has sugar in it.. Well this time was the last straw, I brought it back to the store and told the manager. I found him to be very rude and not at all apologetic. Sorry, buddy I paid for something I did not ask for more than once, sorry that your crew seem less than enthusiastic to be working for you. Maybe, you as the leader should show some concern and pride in your job and that would translate to better employees. And the comment you made after I received my coffee was not needed I am not saying thank you to you after getting my order wrong...
Read moreThis store advertised as 24hrs for dine in and the doors are locked. A midnight plow driver cant take the truck in DT. Can’t get a coffee well working a 12 hr shift making sure our roads are clear. Called the store for them to say they are closed. There is a big sign on the door that said both DT and DINE IN ARE 24hrs. How awful my husband can’t use the bathroom or get a coffee well his in the Middle of his 12 hr shift. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and didnt care it says right in the door. Also websites all over say 24 hr dine in. Either fix the website, uber eats , Ojibway website and the sign on the door or honour the service...
