The staff are polite clean mature and offer great service here. It is a nice touch that they bring your foid to the tables. Lunch time can be a bit busy due to its proximity to a nearby high school but the students were well behaved and no problem at all. I had the $7.00 meal deal. I got a bacon cheese burger with a drink and fries as well as a sundae. Its nice that they give you a coupon for the sundae so you can come back to the counter and get it when your burger and fries ate done. I visited Dairy Queen today around 12 PM and placed my order through the drive-thru. A guy initially took my order, but the girl at the window—who was a bit shorter in height—truly stood out with her amazing customer service.

Despite the store being very busy, she handled everything so calmly and professionally. Her communication was clear, she was extremely polite, and she made me feel like a valued customer, even in the middle of all the rush.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was purchasing a log cake and the price written was $21.99. The server said it was $22.99 but she would check with her manager. The woman came out and said the cake was $22.99 which I pointed out this was not written on the product so she took the cake and wrote over the price .. WTH .. saying they have new staff and it was an error . Then she starts pulling the cake towards her saying well if you don’t want it .. seriously that was rude and what about price integrity???
