One star for their great wings. Aside from that, this place is TERRIBLE.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. My husband and I stopped going due to bad attitude amongst the staff. "Sophia" the salad maker was terriiiiible. Twice we complained about something TASTEBUDZ messed up on and this snooty gal had something bitter to say on both incidents. It didnt have anything to do with her but she literally snapped on us while we tried explaining to the OWNER what was wrong with our orders. Sophia had chimed in while the owner, HER BOSS, tried responding to us and dealing with the situation. He basically told us to relax and that he doesnt remake food bc of small mistakes. We were shocked. The owner snubbed us and literally LET this girl talk over us and talk down to us. We couldnt believe the unprofessionalism and just stopped placing pick up orders.

We ordered delivery a few times after this bc their wings are very yummy. Now, we just avoid Tastebudz all together. The good wings arent worth the headache anymore!!

The delivery driver that drives a tan/silverish colour Hyundai SUV with a license plate starting with the letters "CHEA" would drive over our grass instead of using the rounded driveaway. My husband had to tell him NOT to drive on the grass and to use the DRIVEWAY instead when he delivered our food. We had a few different delivery drivers but this particular one was always RUDE! He never thanked us for tips (we always tip 10%) and would literally leave without saying goodbye. He would take the money,hand us our food, jump in his SUV and leave. Tastebudz staff and delivery drivers have ZERO customer service skills its ridiculous!! The last time we got takeout, we forgot to remind this particular driver NOT TO DRIVE ON OUR GRASS LAWN which he ofcourse drove over. It was rainy that evening so his tires left deep mud tracks. Thanks tastebudz!!

If you DO decide to order from this place, avoid the pizza. Its soggy and overpriced. Their wings are great but we cant stand the lack of professionalism in this place so we dont even order anymore.

Be prepared for the staff to forget half your order! The first time we complained was because we placed a pick up order, drove in town to collect it, drove all the way home only to realize they forgot HALF OF OUR FOOD! When we drove back, obviously annoyed about the situation.. we were told by Sophia that its not their responsibility to make sure we left with everything. WHAT??? LOL. So if you pick up an order make sure to CHECK EVERYTHING! Youre better off going across the street to pizza pizza. Way better customer service and their pizza isnt soggy.

I rarely write or comment on restaurants . Having been in the business over 20 years, I don’t only because they can be misleading due to local competition or disgruntle employees. Now having said that I had to speak up and say this is the best pizza I have had in over 10 years, and I have tried many artisans, as well as high-end chains that have led to disappointing outcomes.

I was visiting from out of town , and wanted to treat my friends . Let me begin by the delivery I set my timer so that I wouldn’t get too distracted, thinking it would take a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes… Wouldn’t you know it was here in actually 15 minutes and given the destinations is easy 6 to 8 minutes away I was Surprised when a delightful, well mannered lady showed up with my order. I open the box and it looked amazing, and the taste did not disappoint me. They were able to accommodate my adjustment to one of their pizzas. And it was cooked perfectly. Trust me so was the bacon.. The deep fried pickles were crispy and piping hot .it’s the first time that I have received them where they were NOT burnt or soaked in oil.

Excellent food with fair pricing and I enjoy the fact that I am supporting a local business.. even though I found you by chance, you are definitely worth the drive from Stoneycreek for my next craving . We ordered pizza from there lastnight. Haven't had it from tastebuds in quite some time. Thought we would try something different rather then pizza hut and all the other pizza places in the area. And let me tell u, i was highly dissapointed. We Waited for over an hour for our pizza and when it was finally delivered everything was soggy, like it was cooked and it was sitting there for a while. The mushrooms were not even cooked on it. The toppings on the pizza were not put on evenly. I had to put it in the oven to cook it more. The Wings had barely any sauce on them, and also soggy. it's unfortunate because we have had their pizza b4 and it was good.
