Godfathers Pizza - Waterford — Restaurant in Ontario

I would give this place a 0 if I could, absolutely disgusting customer service, my sister ordered a pizza and didn't check it before she left assuming that making the pizza would be simple enough that she didn't feel the need to check it, it was completely wrong with olives and mushrooms, very distinctly ordered pepperoni but the dingbats at this location obviously have IQ'S in the double digits that they cant distinguish between those two toppings, the principle of the matter is not the fact that the pizza was wrong but the fact when my sister called to ask for a different one after driving 30 minutes after she picked it up. she was met with a girl who forgot to take her Valium that day and was yelling her head off at her, refused to give the managers name, refused to give the money back, and continued to hang up the phone after my sister was politely trying to speak to her. Alexis and Alysha were wonderful! I came in 2 minutes to close. They were welcoming, warm, heated my slice on request and honestly made my whole day! I grew up in Caledonia and anytime I went though Hagersville I would always stop for slice! Unfortunately, it's been awhile. They are in the same plaza but slid farther down to a new location. It was a nostalgic visit and wasn't sure what to expect. The ladies were cleaning when I arrived. They were warm ans inviting. Didn't make me feel bad for arriving so close to locking the doors.
