I was at the Waterford, Ontario location in the drive thru today from 3:19-3:23pm. I asked for a cilantro lime chicken bowl. The sweet girl at the window went to pass me a wrap and I informed her it must be the wrong order because I ordered a bowl. She told a lady (I'm assuming the manager) that it was supposed to be a bowl and the attitude in her face was prominent immediately. I assured her if there was a price difference, they didn't have to refund me the few dollars and she told me the bowl was more expensive. So I told her "ohhh so I owe you guys a few more bucks? No problem!" She huffed and puffed the entire time she was doing the refund and almost forgot to recharge me for a bowl until I reminded her.. the sweet young girl at the window said something about "what do you want me to do with the wrap?" And the miserable manager said "you might as well give her that one too" with such a horrible attitude. I did not accept it because I don't eat gluten which is why I ordered a bowl... plus, I was so uncomfortable with the attitude I was receiving from the manager already. This lady should NOT be working in customer service. Her attitude is horrendous.. especially over something that was a simple mistake and SUCH a simple fix. She did not apologize for the misunderstanding, nothing. Didn't even speak to me aside from telling me the bowl is more expensive than the wrap... Thank you to the girl at the window who apologized for the mix-up and told me to have a great day... I know how it feels to work under someone with a horrible attitude and feeling like you're always walking on eggshells around them.. I feel for you, girl.

Read moreGood thing the staff is friendly. Just wish they would put lids on the coffee properly so they don't leak all over the place on the ride home. They need to double up on the trays, too. Even if the trays don't go mushy from the leaky lids, the trays have snapped in half on me before. Then you need to make sure you got everything you ordered for, because there is a good chance that the employees forgot something.
Now if you made it past all of that, get ready to take the risk of drinking the coffee! Is it decent or is it burnt to oblivion? Who knows? Take a chance.
Seriously, the only reason I come here is for convenience. Not too much competition in the area. I guess the moral of the story here is if you have time it's just better to make coffee (or anything, for that matter) at home.
Update: This place is the pinnacle of incompetence in fast food in Norfolk County. They really don't care about their service beyond the morning shift. Even a broken clock is right twice a day - it would be surprising if this crew can get your order right...
Read moreThis location a couple years ago was my absolute favourite location. However times have changed. My coffee each and every time I go there is either not stirred or not made correctly. This is so upsetting as I drive there, and drive home to then find out it is incorrect. I have called and complained and the staff replace it ...but I am just sick of calling. At one point is calling and complaining and getting replacement to much. At this point I'm embarrassed to call in fear of being known as the complaining customer. But my coffee truthfully is never stirred or made correctly.
I also find the night staff ( 10 pm usually) are very unfriendly. If you hate your job that much you can't say have a good night back or even smile then find another job. Also the debit machine is ALWAYS knotted up hardly fits. Unknot the cord please. Stop acting as if it's the custoners fault or issue it doesn't reach properly to...
