First off, I rarely write reviews. Mainly because i believe in trying a place more than once (even 4 to 5 times), as you may have run into a “bad day” at the restaurant. With that being said, I have NEVER dealt with such inefficiency and lack of customer service at a fast food place, ever.
I usually use mobile order at most fast food for the reason of efficiency. McDonald’s is very transparent that you need to let them know once you arrive. KFC is like Domino’s, Tim’s etc, that tell you when your order has been accepted and when they start to make it. I order 15 minutes in advance this time (giving myself a buffer). I arrive at roughly that time. I even am told via email and the app it will be ready by that time. I get there and tell them I am here, that’s fine that it wasnt ready, I understand a few minutes. Time goes by (15 minutes) and a few people had their orders after I got there. I ask “is mine almost ready?” In a calm manner. I was met with a brash “you want fresh chicken? you have to wait!” I then tell them “I ordered 40 minutes ago online and I have been here for 15 minutes.” They respond “well, we got the order 13 minutes ago.” I say “that’s impossible as I was greeted 15 minutes ago and the person said they are working on it.” “Well; you have to wait for fresh chicken!” Me: “in the nicest way, where is your prep?” It’s 11:45am right at lunch rush. And it was empty at the drive through at this time. I was a little rude but, fair question.
“We prepped the chicken but not much, we can only make so much.” The whole time I was there I was watching the kitchen and they weren’t prepping any chicken…my order had 4 pieces of chicken…
I told them, “I am sorry, I work in the industry and just was wondering the prep.” “Don’t patronize me sir! Have a good day” Hands me my food.
Again; this isn’t the first time I have had a similar experience, only this time I responded…
KFC needs to look at this branch and do a massive training session on how to prep properly and customer service of management.
Tim’s and McD’s may have wait times but; they are efficient and polite 95%...

After struggling to place an order online for 30 minutes where it says they deliver, I called to confirm an order I placed and was told it had not went through. Frustrated, I asked if I could place the order over the phone for delivery. I was told they don't take over the phone orders and they don't deliver. I decided to go to the establishment to order where I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for chicken.
I agreed to wait because at this point it was late and I just drove after a failed online order. 55 minutes go by and I ask if they missed my order. They said it was coming but took an additional 10 minutes. Despite the long wait of frustrated people who filled the dining area also waiting enormous wait times, they continued to take new orders both through drive thru and in person.
The young girl who took my order was apologetic and offered me an additional side for the wait, which I had appreciated that they were trying to make it right. However, when I got home we were missing dipping sauce for our popcorn chicken which was over cooked, the gravy we ordered was filled with clumps and honestly uneditable and the chicken pieces were so saturated in grease that the skin was soggy and the chicken was slimy. I don't typically write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. I would have taken pictures but my family was hungry as they were now eatting dinner at 8 pm.
I am a pretty reasonable person and I could tell the staff were overwhelmed and frustrated. It was clear they were not staffed appropriately for a Friday evening. My kids who loves KFC stated they were disappointed and don't want to order from...
Read moreThis location is really disappointing. We’ve ordered here about 4 times over the 3 or so years this newer location has been open. That number would be higher if each of our visits hadn’t left us shaking our heads. I use the KFC app to place my order ahead of time, and not once has my order been ready to pickup when I get there. It’s always an additional 15-20 minute wait in the restaurant, after I’ve already waited 15-20 minutes after placing my app order. My orders are always missing something, whether it be dipping sauces, drinks, salads or desserts that come with a meal deal. If you do decide to waste your time and money at this location, make sure you grill them about every little thing on your order. Make them show you it in the bag. Last nights order I forgot to ask them if our dipping sauces were in the bag, and of course when I got home they weren’t. We wouldn’t have received our drinks had I not asked for those. We were supposed to get a dessert with one meal, and it was also nowhere to be found. The food quality and quantity is subpar, as many other reviews of this location point out. I definitely agree with their reviews. We will never return to this location, and can only hope that a Popeye’s Chicken location will open soon in town, and run this terrible KFC location out...
