Worst customer service I've ever recieved. I had worked in this type of industry for 24 years of my life. I have never recieved such ignorance from someone. If you are not friendly DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please train your staff how to check money properly or invest in machines that due so. I was told very ignorantly thats what banks are for. People like this make this business loose valuable customers. I was enjoying my day until this unknowlagble person spoke to me. I also went across the street from the location and used my 100 dollar bill he said was fake 2 minutes after I left. I had asked for the managers name and phone number as well as the owners of the location. Got a scribbled peice of paper with 4 names and the stores phone number which when I called also had attitude and can't even ask if they can fix the issue letting me know I can't even get ahold of the owner of this...

Popped into the drive through at a time of day where you would expect it not to be busy. Food was quick to the window. No errors on the order, BUT I have to say I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The Mozzarella burger meat wasn’t even hot enough for the cheese to melt on the Pattie. It was across both burgers ordered. I can expect that food might slightly get cold between picking up and driving a couple of minute before eating it, but I can accept cold from the get go.

EDIT: thought I’d give them another try to see if it was a one off experience, but sad to report that the food again was cold and by far sub standard. I have visited many A&W locations and this has got to be by far the worst quality of food I have...

I'm from out of town, and I boycott most of the other big chains, so I get my tea and some certain other guilty pleasures here. At first, it was just once in a while, but now I'm here all the time for business, so I've become somewhat of a regular. I just wanna say the service levels here at through the roof. I can't think of any other place that I know will welcome me the same each and every single time. Specifically, I want to shout out Annie. This young lady deserves her own franchise.
