McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

Dirtiest McDonald I have seen so far. Very disorganized staff. I used the self checkout, along with another family. First off, one was broken. Second, none of them have paper for receipt. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed that my order was just sitting on the side, ready, for almost 10 mins. Seems that all staff decided to ignore it and prioritize the drive through. I purchased a Bootle of water but since they were none available, they served me tap water into a McDonald's papercup. For 3$. 3$ for a tap water in a papercup. When I finally received my order, after being on the counter for 10 mins, everything was of course, cold. Food was good, as expected from McDonald's standard. When it was time to get rid of the tray, of course all garbages were overfilled and they were absolutely no where to leave it. Oh I also forgot: they were no toilet paper in the female washrooms. I understand that McDonald's is a franchise however the HQ should go for regular visits to ensure quality/control so everything is the same across the board. We ordered two coffees large 4x4 in the drive-thru. When we were handed the coffees we tasted them and could tell they were not made as we requested. We asked if they could stir them again for us the employee looked at us and said she watched her stir it. So she accused us of not knowing how we ordered our coffee. Then she said to her coworker the four cream one sugars were not made correctly. She then offered us sugar instead of remaking them. They ended up remaking one of the coffees and giving us sugar and a straw. The worse part is that while making the order we repeated it more than once to confirm. The other day we also ordered the same thing from this location and the coffee was old burnt tasting and again not well made and we just dumped them. This morning the employee's attitude toward us was very unpleasant and unprofessional. This location was convenient since it is near my job. One of the slowest McDonalds in the city. It is down the street from my work, and o frequently come here when I didn't have time to make breakfast, or want to grab a quick lunch. Most of the time, the staff want nothing to do with helping you. For instance, I was there on Monday November 6, in the. It was about 5:45 am in morning. there were only three cars in the drive through, and I was the first car. I paid for my food at the pay window and then pulled up to the second window. The lady working this winder is always short and never friendly. It took AT LEAST five minutes to approach the window (which should have been enough time to make my simple order) and gave me my coffee and told me to pull ahead, which I have to do far to ofte.
