McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I only wanted a coffee. In the good old days. I would give somebody some money. They would give me a coffee and I would get back on the road. There was nobody at the counter, so I had to use the screen ordering menu and was given a number. I was second on the list behind a rather large order for somebody else. When that person was served, their number disappeared off the list and so did mine. I brought this to their attention and they said not to worry it was being processed. When the person behind me got their order it was now 12 minutes and there was nobody at the counter to complain to. So I left. I also noted that the drive-in moved at a reasonable pace. There was only one person handling counter orders and there were eight people waiting for orders. Clearly there is a process and priority problem here. So if you want to use the washroom go ahead. It's reasonably clean and then get back in your car and drive around to get your order because nobody bothers with the counter here and the woman that was there was either overworked or incompetent or both. It is a convenient stop along the highway on my route to visit family 2 hours away. It's location is great. That's about it. The service and accuracy leaves much to be desired. I have constantly had to go back through the drive thru or inside to make corrections. There was one instance a couple months ago after a correction of a wrong order, they provided me with a coupon that apologised and offered a free meal (cheeseburger dressed like a big mac that they charge an extra +$1 for) and was hand written "add like mac". When I used that coupon and verbally requested like a mac, my order was wrong yet again. Most recently 2 days ago, I ordered the same cheeseburger like a mac, I asked for the mac sauce on the side as it is often forgotten. The bag was delivered to curbside (2 sleeping babies in my car) with McChicken Mayo instead of Mac sauce. I went thru the drive through to correct it. When I pulled ahead to put it on my burger, they had also forgot to put lettuce on the burger as requested. I am very unimpressed with this fast food restaurant. Every time you go through a McDonald's drive through, you must look into your bag just to make sure you have been given the correct items. Today however was surprising, everything was there! I got home to enjoy my breakfast sandwich, but realized that there was no cheese or bacon (which I added bacon and asked for extra cheese aswel.) I decided not to make a huge deal but that i would go back and just get them to re-make the sandwich. After explaining the problem i heard the lady go to the cook and verbally tell him that it was made incorrectly, and to make a brand new one but to put extra cheese AND bacon on it this time. As ive reassured myself that it cant be wrong this time, I receive my sandwich and go back home. I sit down to finally enjoy my sandwich, unwrap the fresh Mcdonald's goodness, and it's still made incorrectly. Atleast there was cheese this time, but still no bacon which is the more expensive add-on.
