I don’t usually go out of my way to leave complaints, but this place has pushed me to my limit. I tried calling an hour and a half before they closed—an hour and a half!—and not once did they pick up. Not once! What kind of restaurant just stops answering the phone when they still have that much time left on the clock? If you don’t want to take orders past a certain time, then say that somewhere. But no, instead, they just let the phone ring endlessly or probably just ignore it altogether. And honestly, this is just one issue on top of many. The service is already bad when you go in person, so I should have known better. They act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order, like it’s such an inconvenience for them to do their literal job. I’ve had times where I stood at the counter for a solid five minutes while employees just walked past me, not even acknowledging that I was there. And don’t even get me started on how slow they are—how does it take 45 minutes for a simple order? It’s not even like they’re busy half the time; I’ve been there when the place is practically empty, and they still move at a snail’s pace. And when you finally get your food? Hit or miss. Sometimes it’s decent, but most of the time, it’s either lukewarm, soggy, or just plain wrong. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten the wrong order, missing toppings, or some other mistake that they don’t even bother to fix properly. The last time I tried to complain about it, they acted like it was my fault for expecting my order to be right. So now, after giving this place way too many chances, I try to just call ahead. And guess what? They won’t even answer the phone. Seriously, if you’re open until a certain time, then act like it. Otherwise, just close the place early and stop wasting people’s time. At this point, I’m done. There are way better places around that actually care about their customers instead of acting like it’s a chore to run a business. Would...
Read moreOrder placed June 29, 11:32 PM. I ordered a queen size pizza from your location. I asked for lots of sauce on the pizza. The driver showed up at my door. He was wearing the Naples pizza shirt, and he said he made the pizza for me and did what I want. And he also included 3 pizza sauce on the side and told me to have a good night. I said thank you and told him to have a good night too. The bad news is I found a sticker baked into the food.
It looked like a food product sticker. I believe this was done on purpose out of evil sarcasm. I think maybe the sticker is from the pizza sauce packaging or the pizza sauce bag. This is what a feel in my heart. Maybe this chef feels insulted by my request for double sauce every time I order. Because last time they offered to put the sauce on the side and I told them it's not the same thing and they took it personally and got angry, and they said the pizza will slide off the crust if they put too much sauce. I told them please put as much as possible, and they said ok, and everything turned out perfectly fine that time.
For this reason, I believe they wanted to show me how much of a pig they think I am, and put the sticker in my food "to make sure it's enough sauce".
I was very fortunate and lucky I seen the sticker, or I would have swallowed it! Who knows if they put anything else in the pizza! Now I'm afraid to order from Naples, since the cooks and employees hate me for no reason. I didn't do anything wrong for them to do this!
On top of that I sent them an email and they ignored it. Likely if I call or go there, they will deny the intention and shout at me again. Waste of time and business space. "True genuine guest service". What a joke.
Shame...
Read moreGot a baby sized pizza for my son and I for lunch. This location used to serve pizza that was pretty top notch, however, I've noticed small changes to the pizza that doesn't suit my pizza expectations. Firstly, the pizza dough is made considerably thinner. This makes for extra crispy crust 👎. I can't speak for other locations, but competitors make a thicker crust, much more filling and better dollar-food ratio. Secondly, the tomato sauce doesn't seem to have the spicy aspect anymore. It tastes the same, but no heat. Not a big deal, but it was another aspect of their pizza that seemed to be missing the last few times I've had it. For pizza on the expensive end of the Pizzaverse, it's not comparable to other closely priced competitors. It's ok,...
