Mandy Plus Restaurant — Restaurant in Ontario

I would like to share my experience in detail. I and my husband have been a mandy customer since a while. Yesterday only we ordered Falafel bowl (in store order) and chicken bowl( skip pickup).For the Falafel bowl I was clear enough on the call for my spice preference and would like a hot sauce and the opposite person acknowledged it as well. However, when i reached home there was barely any hot sauce and on top of that I just had purple cabbage in the name of salad (usually they serve lettuce , tomato , onion with the dressing) . Falafel seemed to cold and raw in the between as if it was fried a month ago and just microwaved for my order. Mandy rice was full of cardamom( almost 10)

For the chicken bowl: The chicken was stable too and my husband got a food poisoning.The chicken seemed to be stale as well.

Thank you to the person who asked me if I could come back or they would take care of me next time. But i wished if the problem was only the hot sauce but seemed the quality of the bowl was enough to get a food poisoning.

We can't recommend Mandy Plus....high enough. Is there six stars?? Having completed the "trifacta" business, social and personal. Each experience, service & quality of food exceeded expectations. Mandys was a business sponsor for the University of Windsor High School Basketball Tournament. The preparation, quality and timely delivery was appreciated by our patrons and volunteers. Socially, we used Mandys at the Windsor United Community Centre and the quantity and quality of the good was noted by all. Several families asked for cards and menu information for their personal use. Finally, personally we used Mandy's Plus for a family birthday- which included a full meal: soup, salad, shawarma and chicken rice dinner. We were blown away as always the Mediterranean cuisine was delicious and plentiful. The homemade soup was outstanding. To top it all off the Service was world class. My mom and I were coming from out of town to move me in to my university dorm. It was the dead of night and my mom pulled over to ask a stranger on the street if he knew anywhere we could eat dinner. It turns out, it was the owner of Mandy’s. Mandy’s was closing but he graciously brought us in and stayed open to make us the best dinner. We felt the love and the comfort in the food. Immediately it felt like we were family. Now, almost 3 years later and it still feels like family every time I come in. You will not be disappointed any time you come in. Everything on the menu is guaranteed to exceed all your expectations. You will always feel more like a relative or an old friend than a customer. Every time I come, I bring someone new with me to give them the same beautiful experience that I’ve been given time after time. I cannot recommend Mandy’s enough. I’d give 10 out of 5 stars...
