Your uninterested response certainly surprises me to be honest. If I was the owner or manager of a restaurant that served an amazing meal one day and two weeks later the same meal was unrecognizable in quality, taste and presentation I'd certainly have gotten to the bottom of the issue and possibly offered at least some sort of explanation. I will leave it there, wish you well in your endeavors and bid you adieu. My original intent was only to share a 5 star review and enjoy your food going forward, that all changed.

UPDATE: Was originally a 5 star review from July 1 which was spaghetti and meatballs, an excellent meal. Reordered on July 14 and received a totally different meal, beef meatballs replaced with a tough sausage variety, the sauce itself totally different and the beautifully roasted peppers from the first time were just sliced up, mostly raw and thrown into the dish. The taste of the meal was totally different and we both ate a few bites and disposed of the rest. A waste of $45 in our opinion. Won't be giving them another chance.

My wife was dying to try this place based on recommendations she received. We ordered the house special pizza with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, and green peppers along with garlic mini bites. I'm not sure how that adds up to 47 dollars but, I hoped the flavor would tell me why. It did not. Not sure what makes the pieces of fried bread shown "garlic" mini bites as they had zero flavor of garlic or seasoning. They just tasted like nonflavored fried dough. The pizza was somewhat tasty. The sauce, though minimal, was flavorful, and the bacon was legit. However, I did feel that the quantity of toppings, sauce, and cheese was sorely lacking.

To make matters worse, the house special, which is supposed to feature a stuffed mozzarella crust, was not special at all. There were maybe three to four slices with some cheese and the rest was just bread. There was also a thick layer of flour on the bottom of the pizza that was extremely unappetizing. In fact, my wife had to spit out a bite becasue all she tasted was uncooked flour.

On top of all this, as others commented, the staff was not wearing gloves or masks while touching the food. Not sure what her recommendations were talking about, as this is not what we would call quality pizza and we are just fine eating cheap greasy pizza. Would not order here again. I have ordered this place in the past, but usually when I try to order online or call, I never get a response or the order gets canceled so today after trying to order online twice and calling multiple times I decided to see if they were really that busy and go inside for myself There is only one other person waiting to check out in two guys and back. One was making pizzas and one was cashing out. Out of curiosity just while standing in line, I decided to give them a call to see if their phone worked I did, and the phone rang twice and then he hung up on it not to my surprise. I even spoke with the man upfront and told him about how I tried to order and tried to call and he just said oh they must’ve not gone through and continue to take my order. I know that my orders were canceled because in my emails and on the app it said canceled due to being over busy, don’t know why they don’t want more business but very annoying to deal with probably won’t eat here again due to this.
