Very disappointing. We had a large group (13) and had reservations in advance, so they knew we were coming. Despite this, the owner served us himself and didn't have anyone helping him, and he apparently could only take 3 drink orders at a time. He forgot a drink for one of the kids and brought it after being reminded as he was getting refills of drinks for the others. Food quality for the price was also disappointing, and we waited a long time after ordering for the food to arrive. Their "famous Thursday night ribs special" was $21 for a half-rack of side ribs, served only with fries (the waffle fries were tasty and part of the reason for the 2-star rating). The ribs were cooked well but were not meaty, nor particularly flavourful. My son had the pierogies, which were good and a good portion for children (they don't offer a separate children's menu), and my other son had the personal pizza, which was large at 10", and was supposed to come with three toppings. He asked for extra cheese, pepperoni and bacon, and we were charged $3 for the extra cheese. The vegetarian wrap that was supposed to come with falafel included crumbled bits of the exterior breading of a falafel ball, not any actual chick pea falafel to add texture and protein. The chicken ceasar wrap was ordered by a member of our party, and it arrived without any chicken in the wrap. The waiter (owner) was asked about this, who agreed it should have included chicken, and it was returned to the kitchen and replaced with a full new wrap with the chicken. Then the bills arrived, which included an extra charge for the "added" chicken. I don't often tip poorly, but because we had the owner serving us and it was such poor food and service, particularly for the price, I gave a very poor tip to reflect this. Very disappointing and our entire party regretted going there...

We stopped in after a full day of adventures, 2 kids 2 adults. Everyone was ready to eat. We sat on the patio, it was a beautiful night! The food was basically what we expected. It was expensive but I accepted that they'd charge more due to the location like most restaurants with a water view.

I feel like they were short staffed last night and our service suffered a bit for it. Our order got taken shortly after we arrived, drinks came out quickly, and our food order was placed when the drinks arrived. From the time we placed the order to the time we got our food we were not checked up on. Our table only had 3 sets of utensils which was fine based on what we ordered, but there we no additional napkins that we definitely needed. The servers were so busy I didn't even want to check and see if I got a refill on my pop.

The table seated several minutes after us got their order first. I understand that can happen, but was a little set back to see my nachos had cooled off a bit before they got to me. It felt like they sat and were waiting for several minutes before coming out. Outside of that we ordered the sample platter, a salad and 2 kids meals, all pretty basic. We were there for an hour and fourty minutes total and I want to say it took about 45-50 minutes from the time we placed our order to receiving our food.

Very poor customer service!!! I sat behind an umbrella to shade me from the sun, another customer came to take the umbrella, so I tell one of the servers and she says well there's nothing she can do, I ask her to put another umbrella at least because the sun was bothering me, and i could not eat and enjoy my stay thay way, she said ok and never came back. Not even the common decency to comeback and tell me they didn't have anymore umbrellas or make up an excuse and fake like you care about your customers, she just left me in the sun. So I ask to see the manager, but again i was left there for about 15mins and no one came, I then went inside to see the manager, he walked all around us and could not even acknowledge we were there waiting for him after waiting another 6mins, he then proceeded to say nobody told him what happened which was a lie because I saw the server tell him as she walked back into the restuarant. All he offered was he would speak to his staff with a very bored and uninterested look on his face. I was not treated with any common decency that every human requires and that is truly so sad. I went there with a friend that had been there before and recommended the place, she was so appalled at the way I was treated. The food was decent but their treatment of me took away any good thing their establishment has to offer.
