Strato's Pizzeria & Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

After a long day at North Beach we needed a stop for dinner, Stratos was right on the highway, perfect location. Upon entering we noticed how hot it was, no air conditioning. First things we asked for was ice water...ice machine was broken so we got room temperature water. Our waitress was delightful and super friendly. Two of our family members are vegetarian, one of which is a child. Children's menu does not offer a vegetarian option at all, I asked for the kids spaghetti plain as they couldn't even accommodate plain tomato sauce. There were few other options for a vegetarian. The wait was long and hot, my kids were so hot they had to go sit outside and wait. Meal was fine, I don't think the salads were worth the price, pizza was good. When our bill came I was shocked to see the full charge of $7.99 for the kids spaghetti of plain noodles...no garlic bread or anything to accompany it, plain noodles! I questioned the waitress who was clearly uncomfortable because I assume she had already asked and was told no discount. I asked to speak to the manager and she said sure, but he was in a bad mood. Strato's was simply put..... PHENOMENAL. Found this place on my way back from Prince Edward County on the Aug 2 long weekend (Monday afternoon)

The girl at the counter was very corteous and recommended the Chicken BBQ Pizza. I got a Small....and it was near perfect , the crust was just right...crunchy enough w dough that was fresh.

The surprise element though was the BBQ sauce itself....just the right blend of smoky, sweet and tangy....it added immense flavour to every right....the Chicken toppings were just right and complimented the sauce well. They also have many other offerings on the menu and there is ample parking along w a lovely scenic view.

Was my first time ordering from this restaurant. We live in Carrying Place. We got takeout. Ordered the deluxe pizza with Greek salad and ordered a lasagna for myself. The pizza was very good. The toppings were cut small and all topping were distributed evenly which I loved and the garlic buttered crust was fantastic. The large Greek salad was a bit small for my family but the dressing was good. We were fans of Tomasso’s for years but this will be our new pizza place. I have read that that people thought the prices were high but they are very comparable to any pizza joint in TRENTON and surrounding area. If you are in the area...
