We had had a great lunch in downtown Wallaceburg, Ontario on 153 Nelson Street. They have a pretty good limited menu with many of the choices, as you read them, you could almost taste them. The waitress was a very friendly lady who told us about a lunch special of the day which was a bowl of homemade soup with a six inch sub for $15.00 each. We both chose the special and did not regret it. Both items were simple and delicious. Service was quick and as I said earlier, very friendly. This was our first visit, but will be returning in the future.

I won’t forget my first experience dining here My friends and I had gotten in late from a family visitation and we were feeling down and in need of a meal. Stubby Goat was a recommendation we’d got and just what we needed. We were able to secure the last two steak specials of the night for $19 a piece. We polished off 4 cans of the local lager on for $5 a can. We enjoyed our meals while listening to classic dad rock and for a moment I had an aesthetic experience when Higher by Creed came on the playlist Meals were fairly priced and service was good

Had a dinner date with my mom who is visiting me from India. Staff was amazing and food was delicious. Nancy was great and one other lady who worked tonight (I am sorry I forgot to ask her name but she is vegetarian too) made sure we knew our options. We are vegetarian and they made some changes in their recipes to fit our needs. Will definitely come back. Nancy my mom won't stop talking about how beautiful you are, I need to go to saloon now lol

Lunch, 3 foodie seniors, fabalus! Senior #1 had Porchetta sandwich, beautifully seasoned, fatty, luscious but not greasy, excellent fries. Wrap of the day, steak ? tips for senior #2, delicious, lovely kind of burnt ends, took half home only bc wanted creme Brule for dessert which was perfect! And she is a creme brulee afficionado!! Senior #3 had pickerel on ciabbata minus ciabbata. Best pickerel ever! Sweet fish, shatteringy crisp, almost tempura like batter, this has spoiled me for any other type of fish coating, fries skinny and crisp and perfect. The cole slaw was the only negative, bland with runny dressing, the fish and fries more than made up for it. On a whim, Senior #2 had the deep fried cheese cake for dessert. It was beautifully presented but did not live up to expectations. But what kind of expectations does one have for deep fried cheese cake? The wrapper was tough, not enough cheese cake inside it, but again, the rest of the meal more than made up for this dessert. The menu made Senior #1 a bit crazy as she wanted to order most of the items and sadly had to choose only one. But the burger and the Buddha bowl that the couple at the neighboring table enjoyed looked awesome. I/we WILL be back, this is seriously good food, prepared with great skill. Thank you. Our waitress was a delight, kind, helpful, never rushed us, kept that while room well served all by...

Ordered 3 pearch dinners a few months ago and it was amazing!! First off everything came very neatly packaged as we had take out. Breading on the pearch was light, crispy, well seasoned and spot on and the fish was very fresh tasting and superb.. the sides were all different we had sweet potato fries, mash and regular fries; all were excellent. It also came with a salad and we had 2 ceasars and a mix greens, which were really great as the dressing was exceptional and everything was fresh and delicious also not to mention great portions. I'd definitely recommend them for a well made meal by chefs who clearly care about the details and know what they are...

Hello everyone last year I was able to get out to this restaurant. It has a nice family atmosphere and it is quite the in and now spot. Even though it is a very busy restaurant believe it or not, there is hardly no wait time for your orders. There price are reasonably affordable.

If you haven't had a chance to come in and check them out, take some time and come in and have a visit . You don't have to eat you could just come in for a drink and a chat.

I would like to say thank-you to the owners, wait staff and the " cook " ( he is important to ).

Have a great week...
