Really disappointing service at this location today. The person at the drive-thru was unfriendly and unprofessional. First, my order was taken incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, I was told to drive back through the drive-thru again instead of being helped on the spot.
People are often rushing to work in the morning and look forward to starting the day with a properly brewed coffee — not wasting extra time because of someone else’s mistake. What made it worse was the rude attitude instead of a simple apology for the error.

Three or four staffers wandering around behind the desk and practically nobody in the store competing for service. The coffee was lukewarm at best, the service was surly and the four donuts, while reasonably fresh, were the worst I've had in 40 years of T/H. It is no wonder that I'd rather make a thermos of coffee at home and buy a bunch of powder sugar donuts at the grocery store. Tim Hortons is a waste of time and more expensive than it's worth. There's little point in posting the generic, faux-concerned "please call us" message....
