This extra toasted apparently. STOP RUSHING ORDERS!!! Updated I really should stop going to this location I got mouth full of grinds at the end of my coffee . I attached a photo of the bottom of the replacement coffee I luckily didn't drink the end.

Just another thipycal Tim on 401 in a truck parking. No food on friday morning at 5 AM. Tim should think about closing their restaurants all across Canada.

Its a timmies, alright to stop in for coffee but still falling behind in the coffee shop game. They do make a decent dark roast

Recently visited this location posing as a friendly, clean Tim Hortons. A warning label should be placed on the front entrance that general cleanliness let alone covid 19 protocol is disregarded by all staff. After being greated by a rude staff member who looked to still be high from last night's activities we decided what we wanted for breakfast and placed our order. After receiving my cold darkroast coffee my wife and I noticed one of the kids at the sandwich unit drop a half of a homestyle biscuit, pick it up and throw it out pretending to be Michael Jordan as he did so. Apparently the thought of changing said filthy glove after touching the floor didn't occur to him as he proceeded to do his best to make our sandwiches. After waiting a century for our order to be completed it was finally handed off to us and we were on our way to the via station to watch the trains 🚆. After finishing our beverages and sandwiches we were excited to devour the famed tim Horton donuts. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I opened my donut box and witnessed a pube looking hair effixed to the chocolate fondant. Returned to the location and exchanged the pube donut for a new double chocolate. Should be said the manager also refunded us the money as Tim Horton protocol should be when a pube donut is returned and brought to attention. Would not recommend this location to anyone as this is not our first negative experience at the greasy north...

Every time we come here, our order gets messed up. Once in a while, sure, stuff happens and I’ll ask them to correct it. Coming back to fix an entire order every time we make a purchase, though? Bit ridiculous, don’t you think?

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, make sure you double check what they have served you as it likely not correct and clear that there was not any care taken to ensure accuracy.

Sorry, but how exactly does one confirm an order, and then still make the whole thing wrong? We overheard the cashier confirm with them at the window when we asked about our order, that they didn’t even have the supplies to make something they sold to us anyway.

This time we just got a refund and left instead of wasting more of our time coming back to have it fixed again. The guy at the window was arrogant, aggressive and looked like he was going to throw something at us when we requested a refund. Why, because you served us something we didn’t want or ask for, again?

Sorry we didn’t have time to sit and wait for the whole thing to be fixed again for a third time now in the last month alone. You repeated the order back to us, confirmed it, and then gave us all of the wrong items. That is on...

I recently visited Tim Hortons, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. I gave them a 1-star rating, and here’s why: Poor service: The service at Tim Hortons was subpar, with long wait times and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. It’s essential for a fast-food chain to provide efficient service, and this was sorely lacking. Untoasted food: I ordered food items that were supposed to be toasted, but when I received them, they were barely warm, let alone toasted. This lack of attention to detail is inexcusable. Limited menu: it’s frustrating when a restaurant doesn’t have items from their menu available. I found that they never had several item I wanted, which is disappointing, considering they should be well-stocked. Tim Hortons is known for its coffee, but the coffee I received was cold and hardly enjoyable, it’s a basic expectation that coffee should be served hot. Tim Hortons if you’re looking at this review, please take this feedback seriously. Your customers deserve better, and these issues need to be addressed urgently. This wasn’t the first time it has happened many times and you guys have done absolutely nothing and other customers are...
