Walked in with my wife for a quick bite around 9:55 pm, the girl behind the counter was nice, greeted us and I asked for box of 10 tim bits, orange juice and asked if she could make a BLT. She looked to her right side, to the wall? Not sure, maybe a clock??? And said yes no problem. Paid $14 for the order. My wife in the meantime had gone to the washroom, I grabbed the OJ and tim bits and sat down. When she returned from washroom, I said I would also go to the washroom be right back! Took about 5 minutes, and she was now at the cashier with a young guy, (not the girl that looked after me) and I asked what was going on...so he said he had to refund me because he no longer could do the BLT because it was passed 10 pm!!!??? I asked what do you mean??? He said we dont do food after 10 pm!!! I asked what time do you close??? 11 pm he said...so this was all very confusing to me!! You close at 11...its now 10:05, I placed an order around 9:55-10 pm...you have 1 hour before you close and you can't make a BLT! Went on to say first he had no bacon, then it was because the rule is to make NO food after 10pm!! Im sorry...but when it stop making a priority to make your customers happy? Im not even saying customers are always right...I also worked in the food industry, yes 30 years ago, but we all had the same goal! Make sure customers are taken care of so they come back!! Does this no longer matter??? Really 1 hour before closing time and you get make a BLT??? Very strange..anyway, super disappointed last night. Thank you.
To the owner...thank you for the reply! That really solves everything! Sending me back to TH customer service solves the issue at your...
Read moreGood day folks
I was in Lambeth a couple of days ago and we decided to stop in for a boust of air conditioning, and I wanted a large double double and the person whom I was with had a chocolate milk.
Upon arrival there was a sign on the entrance suggesting that everyone wear a mask.
I had mine on and as far as I could see everyone entering the building were wareing their masks also.
All the employees were wareing masks.
I was impressed only a couple people sitting down enjoying their donuts Were not wareing masks.
I found that social distancing was in place here.
Now let's talk about the service it was completely awesome. The staff were just a popping notch, it was so busy and everyone knew their own jobs.
They were working like a finely oiled machine it was nice to watch.
I couldn't believe how well they all worked together as a team.
The coffee was so delicious.
I am not a big coffee drinker but I will be coming back here the next time I am in the area.
I would like to say thank-you to the staff for doing such a wonderfully good job.
Keep up the great work folks.
And your Tim Horton's should put on a family day with event's. To show you how much they appreciate all your hard work and effort.
And exclude it just for the people who work at Tim Hortons for their valued employees such as yourselves.
No I didn't bump my head,
I really feel this way cause of the service and dedication you all show towards your jobs at work and towards the public entertainment this establishment.
Good luck in the future folks.
Remember social distancing can help save lives please stay safe.
Respectfully Michael Marchand Wallaceburg...
Read moreWe ordered 2 drinks 1 Decaf coffee with 2 cream and 1 blackberry yuzu lemonade with no whipped cream and a Bacon everything flatbread pizza. Firstly where's the service?? She didn't know if they had pizza... and then tried to charge me for the sparkling Quencher and I unwittingly assumed that by saying no whipped cream, they would understand that I wanted the frozen not sparkling. So after having to speak MORE THAN 3 TIMES because I wasn't understood someone else got on and said so you want the frozen one To which I replied yes please. The young girl that got on said very rudely well we don't know do we? I SHOULD have pulled straight through and out because They gave me nothing but a hassle and ignorance and I had to take a SECOND Yuzu drink because she put in a SECOND drink when I corrected the sparkling quencher. My cost went up exponentially AND the food is substandard. There is a mess of herb and garlic creamed cheese on as a base instead of pizza sauce which may be how it's made but there is NO everything seasoning and very little bacon. My toddler could make a better pizza. Also their straws are STILL paper even though plastic biodegradable straws are available and they've been told my thousands of people that the straws break down in the drinks BEFORE you get to the end of the drink. This particular store is NOT a well run store. And the employees get rude with you when you question why you have to repeat yourself a dozen times. The employed don't even know what's available for...
